Diane Decker, Principal
with Quality Transitions, has been facilitating groups for more than 20
years. Diane is skilled at engaging and leveraging the talents and knowledge
of all participants. She identifies her clients’ unique needs, and plans an
approach that is compatible with the organization’s goals and values. Since starting Quality
Transitions in 1994, Diane has worked with a diverse group of clients,
including service and manufacturing firms, government agencies, and not-for
